Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the legal agreement between Rent a Car X-GO doo (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Renter"). By confirming a reservation and/or signing the rental agreement, the Renter accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Driver Requirements

The minimum driver age is 21, and the maximum is 69. All drivers must hold a valid driving license for at least 2 years. A valid identity document and driving license must be presented at the time of pick-up. Additional drivers must be registered in the rental agreement and meet the same requirements.

3. Vehicle Use

The vehicle may only be driven by the Renter or additional drivers authorized in the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, illegal activities or subleasing. Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited. The Renter is responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized use.

4. Cross-Border Travel

Cross-border travel is allowed only with prior authorization from the Company. A fixed cross-border fee applies, regardless of the number of days. Unauthorized cross-border travel is strictly prohibited and may result in contract termination and additional charges.

5. Insurance & Liability

All rentals include mandatory third-party liability insurance in accordance with Montenegrin law. Optional coverages (such as CDW, SCDW, theft protection) may be available at additional cost. The Renter is responsible for any damage, theft or loss of the vehicle up to the amount of the deductible unless additional coverage is purchased. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

6. Accidents & Damage

In the event of an accident, theft or damage, the Renter must immediately notify the Company and the local police. A police report is mandatory for insurance claims. Failure to follow proper reporting procedures may result in the Renter being held liable for all damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Podgorica, Montenegro.
