Rental Conditions
1. Pick-up & Return
Vehicles can be picked up and returned during official working hours. Out-of-hours pick-up and return may be available upon request and may incur additional charges. A grace period of up to 60 minutes may apply for late returns; after that, additional day charges will be applied.
2. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
The vehicle is inspected together with the Renter at pick-up and return. Any new damages found at return that are not listed on the pick-up report will be charged to the Renter. Vehicles must be returned in clean condition. Excessive dirt or smoking odor may result in cleaning fees.
3. Mileage Policy
All rentals include unlimited mileage unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement.
4. Fuel Policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same amount. Missing fuel will be charged at the prevailing rate plus a refueling service fee.
5. Additional Services & Equipment
Optional extras such as GPS devices, child seats, Wi-Fi routers or additional drivers are available upon request and subject to availability. Charges apply according to the current price list.
6. Extensions & Modifications
Any extension or modification of the rental period must be approved by the Company in advance. Unauthorized extensions will be charged at the applicable daily rate plus a penalty fee.
7. Traffic Fines, Tolls & Violations
The Renter is fully responsible for any traffic or parking fines, tolls or violations incurred during the rental period. An administrative fee may be added to each fine processed by the Company.
8. Return Requirements
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed location, date and time. Keys must be handed over to a Company representative or deposited in the designated drop box. The Renter remains responsible for the vehicle until it is checked by a Company representative.
